These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between the gcd33 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using any of our services through the gcd33 website, mobile site, or app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

gcd33 operates a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. We are committed to providing members with a transparent and enjoyable experience, backed by SSL encryption and fair play standards.

Key Definitions

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account and use gcd33 services, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents from any member at any time to verify age.

• Each member may open only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or as a representative is not permitted.

2.2 Account Information and Security

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gcd33 may request documents at any time to verify a member's identity, age, and payment details — such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. It is the member's responsibility to ensure the authenticity of any documents submitted.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on gcd33 for any payment method is ৳200. Currently supported payment methods are:

• Nagad — Mobile financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank MFS
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though bank transfers may take somewhat longer.

gcd33 reserves the right to confirm account verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on the gcd33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the member. gcd33 does not provide tax advice.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gcd33 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳28,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Once a bonus is claimed, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are published alongside the offer.
• gcd33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or arbitrage strategies are suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers while one is active, unless specifically stated.
• gcd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

gcd33 offers a five-tier VIP programme for regular members. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Advancement through the tiers depends on a member's consistent activity and platform usage. Cashback amounts and conditions are determined at gcd33's discretion and are subject to change. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6.1 General Betting Rules

gcd33 offers betting on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as casino games, slots, and live table games. All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled, unless gcd33 decides otherwise under special circumstances.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with gcd33's pre-established policy.
• Odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be declared void.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

gcd33 offers games from a range of world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player), which can be viewed within the game interface.

All casino game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. gcd33 does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Placing artificial bets or applying coordinated betting strategies.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to process illegal funds.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or to compromise platform security.

8.1 Suspension by gcd33

gcd33 may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or to submit required documents.
• Use of prohibited strategies or bonus abuse.

During a suspension, the balance may be held until the investigation is concluded. If no wrongdoing is found, the balance will be returned.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may close their own account. To request closure, contact [email protected]. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

The gcd33 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary outages may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or disruptions from third-party services.

gcd33's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

After a complaint is submitted, gcd33 will review it within a reasonable timeframe and communicate its decision. gcd33's decision will be considered final, unless applicable law states otherwise. Before taking any dispute to court, both parties should first attempt resolution through arbitration.

12.1 Amendments to the Terms

12.2 Complete Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gambling policy together form the complete agreement between gcd33 and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect.
